here is how to make pani puri in airfryer which is also known as golgappa or puchka, is a popular Indian street food. It is made of a round, unleavened deep-fried dough ball called a puri, which is filled with a mixture of spiced potato and chickpeas. 

The puri is then dipped in a spicy water or sauce called pani. Pani puri can be eaten as is or with various chutneys and dips. 1. If you've never tried pani puri before, you're in for a treat. 

This popular Indian street food is made up of small, round pieces of dough that are filled with a variety of delicious fillings and then dipped in a spiced water mixture. Below are the steps to make Pani Puri in Airfryer.

Step 1: Prepping the ingredients of Pani Puri

: Cut all the vegetables into thin slices. You will need 4 cups of potatoes, 3/4 cup of peas, 2 tablespoons of ginger garlic paste, salt & pepper powder. Heat oil in air fryer at 350 degrees F. Add ginger garlic paste and saute until fragrant. 

Step 2: Assembling the pani puri

Start by making the batter first. Mix together 1 cup of flour, 1 tablespoon of baking soda, one teaspoon of chili powder, pinch of asafetida, salt and sugar. Then add two eggs beaten well. Whisk it till smooth. 

Step 3: Stuffing the puris

 Take 2 cups whole wheat flour/maida(all purpose) mix well then add ½ tsp turmeric, ¼ tsp chilli powder,1 tbsp amchur powder,3-4 green cardamom pods,2 cloves,½ inch cinnamon stick,salt to taste and water little by little until it forms soft dough. Keep aside for at least 15 minutes. 

Now take 1 cup of oil in another vessel and keep it heated over medium flame. Once oil starts smoking slightly remove it from fire. 

Step 4: Frying in Airfryer the Puni Puris

Frying in Airfryer the puni Puris are ready when golden brown on both sides. Remove from heat and serve hot with chutney or ketchup if you like. 

Step 5: Making the pani

Puri is a very simple process but requires patience to get perfect results. The best part about this recipe is that you don't have to worry about any grease splatter while cooking. You can make these delicious snacks all year round! 

Step 6: Stuffing the puris
